More About Me
Olympian RealtorJordan Malloch promises buyers and sellers a winning formula when it comes to the focus, commitment, tenacity and dedication to help you find or sell your Seattle dream home. This former U.S. Olympian, who has demonstrated his competitive spirit in the world of real estate since 2005, works with his team of equally well-trained professionals to create an individualized winning strategy for each of his grateful clients.
Seattle NativeA Seattle native and lifelong resident, Jordan knows the marketplace intimately, and has represented a gamut of clients, from first-time buyers and sellers to investors and developers on commercial and new construction deals. While his specialty is in the northwest and northeast areas of Seattle, he also works Shoreline/Kenmore/Lake Forest Park and elsewhere depending on his clients’ needs. Jordan sees his role as more than just a real estate professional; he also likes to inspire and educate, so clients understand the decisions they’re making, and can make them with confidence. Jordan is also a creative problem solver and fast responder even in challenging markets, always ready to take a new approach and think out of the box in marketing a seller’s property. Especially in today’s unpredictable times, he strives to be there for each client with an innovative strategy designed to maximize exposure and profit. “Clients can spend less time with me and worrying about their sale, and more time concentrating on their lives and family,” is his proven hands-on approach.
Unparalleled DriveJordan’s unparalleled drive and energy that shine through in all his endeavors stem from his days as a devout athlete who represented the U.S. in the 2000 and 2004 Olympics in the sport of sprint canoeing. A graduate of the University of Washington with a degree in Business, Jordan possesses a natural ability to network and connect with people that complements his command of numbers and financials. “My strengths are competition and winning,” he says. “People who work with me can always expect that, because my goal is to create the best win-win situations for my clients.” Outside of work, Jordan loves spending time with his family and enjoys keeping active outdoors. As president of the board of directors of the Seattle Canoe and Kayak Club, he continues to keep alive his passion for paddling, still his favorite sport.
